RETURNS
Black Femininity Co does not offer refunds. All sales are final & a store credit will be issued for returns.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges can be made for defective or damaged items only. To initiate an exchange, please send us an email at 
info@shopblackfemininity.com with your order number. Black Femininity Co reserves the right to refuse, repair or replace your style. If your original item is no longer in stock, you will be issued store credit. 

To return your product, please contact us at info@shopblackfemininity.com for return instructions. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item

Orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail from Mondays - Fridays.

THROW PILLOWS ARE MADE TO ORDER. PLEASE ALLOW 3-5 WEEKS FOR PROCESSING AND SHIPPING.
